As I was listening to Lewis Howes, The School of Greatness Podcast with Natalie Jill, episode 323, I was very inspired with Natalie Jill, as she talked about building her business at 40. Well, I am doing that same thing, and something stood out to me: She gives 95% of her content away for free. I was very impressed by that.
In January 2017, I put together a strength training book for triathletes, January 2017, called “Rulon Rules: Strength Training & the Triathlete” ebook. At that time, I gave it away for FREE and had over 300 + downloads. I was super excited but I wanted to do something more with that book. In June 2017, I turned it to paperback and cleaned it up a bit.
