Favorite Music: Depends on what I am doing. I have horrible taste for workout music.
Favorite Vacation: Anywhere warm – I love m some sand and ocean.
Favorite Sports to watch: Tennis
Favorite Sports to Play/Do: Ski, bike, trail running – not a huge sports/team sports type of person.
Interest Outside the Triathlon World: My kids – always. I love to cook and bake (ironic as I am Celiac and cannot eat anything I bake)
What inspired you to do triathlons? Me – I love to push myself out of comfort zones and test my inner voice that always tells me I can’t.
How did you start doing triathlons? I have a crazy friend who has done them for 10/11 years. A childhood friend is a Pro and it gives me goosebumps to watch him race.
When was your first triathlon? I did a try-a-tri close to 10 years ago.
What is your strength in a race? My brain. I have the ability to tune it all out and just go!
What is your weakness in a race? My brain, especially during the swim.
Favorite Race: Ironman Canada in Whistler, BC in my hometown
