Starting in October 2016, I have decided to drop down to one blog a week. As I was trying to get content for you all 2x a week, I started seeing the quality of my work go down. I was getting to the point where I was having crappy content because I didn’t have time to write something new, and instead was just re-using other blogs that I wrote in the past. So, I wanted to coach you how I coach my athletes: Quality over quantity.

Here is how it will work. I will post a blog or a VLOG every Wednesday at 8 – 9 am. It may be about triathlon training tips, strength training, strength training videos, Pre-Race Vlog heading into Ironman Florida, etc. I really want to make sure that I provide you with the right amount of information, but not give you information overload. You can do that with my webinars!

FYI, there is an exception to the rule. Tomorrow at 8:00 am, Rulon Racing Team Application is being DROPPED! Yes, I am looking for a few FEARLESS athletes, motivators, and people who want to make their lives better through triathlon! I don’t plan on having a HUGE team, but I do want quality over quantity.
