Starting in October 2016, I have decided to drop down to one blog a week. As I was trying to get content for you all 2x a week, I started seeing the quality of my work go down. I was getting to the point where I was having crappy content because I didn’t have time to write something new, and instead was just re-using other blogs that I wrote in the past. So, I wanted to coach you how I coach my athletes: Quality over quantity.
Here is how it will work. I will post a blog or a VLOG every Wednesday at 8 – 9 am. It may be about triathlon training tips, strength training, strength training videos, Pre-Race Vlog heading into Ironman Florida, etc. I really want to make sure that I provide you with the right amount of information, but not give you information overload. You can do that with my webinars!

Yes, I am looking for a few FEARLESS athletes, motivators, and people who want to make their lives better through triathlon! I don’t plan on having a HUGE team, but I do want quality over quantity.
