As we are heading into Thanksgiving in the States, I reflected on my triathlon year and just LOVED how it ended with my IMFL podium and cheering/screaming, and supporting athletes at IMAZ.

Today I talked about “Making a Difference.” I received a green band from an athlete at Ironman Arizona telling me that I made him smile. I guess I did what I came to do at Ironman Arizona. Supported my athlete, Jeff. Made people smile. Made new connections.  I “Made a Difference.”

P.S. The audio is not the best. I apologize. I am working on that.
