The off season. As triathletes, we truly need to take an off season, and I do think some athletes forget to do so. I hear them knocking out a marathon or swimming 4000 meters or cycling for 4 hours for their “off season” workouts. I came up with 5 Rulon Rules for the Off Season.

Don’t have time to read the #RulonRules for the Off Season? Here you go:

  1. Do something at least 5x a week/60 minutes a day.
  2. Work on Strength.
  3. Work on your weakest sport.
  4. Workouts don’t have to be CRAZY long.
  5. Spend time with LOVED ones!
