The off season. As triathletes, we truly need to take an off season, and I do think some athletes forget to do so. I hear them knocking out a marathon or swimming 4000 meters or cycling for 4 hours for their “off season” workouts. I came up with 5 Rulon Rules for the Off Season.

- Do something at least 5x a week/60 minutes a day.
- Work on Strength.
- Work on your weakest sport.
- Workouts don’t have to be CRAZY long.
- Spend time with LOVED ones!
