Since I have a lot going on before we head to Ironman Florida, I decided to keep this blog post brief. Turning 47 years old on Saturday and heading into my 14th Ironman Triathlon this SUNDAY, I am feeling so so alive.

Send us good juju on Sunday, November 4th. Head to and check out the Rulon Racing Crew.

Love this and just find your and Chis numbers “interesting” 161/262! What a tri couple. Best wishes and good luck!
