This was a tough Vlog to talk about. Why? I didn’t want to talk about it. I didn’t want to admit that I felt like I failed you because I know I failed myself. At least that is the shit that was in my head during the race. Yes, I am very human, but I wanted to share with you my thoughts since I know we all go through the same things on the race course.

I had to break this up in two segments. The first vlog was about the swim, T1 and the bike. Next weeks vlog will be about T2, the run and the finish line feels. Enjoy…
