“I didn’t get to Ironman Kona overnight. I won’t understand racism overnight, either.”

Yesterday, I did an Instagram Live, as I realized that an Instagram Post wasn’t going to be as powerful.
I knew I need to share what I have been feeling about what is going on in the world about racism.
I connected with some fantastic friends, Yardley, Tracy, and Vanessa, regarding racism, their stories, and how I can take a stand on my platform and share my heart. And that is what I did.
Stay tuned for an interview next week with Anthony Skinner from Washington. As an avid cyclist, Anthony shared his story growing up as a black man and talked about what his parents did for him. He also chatted about how he raised his three boys, and you will see some familiarities that he did, that his Dad did with him and his sister. As an avid cyclist, you will also hear about what he has dealt with too.
