Over the last couple of years, I fell in love with Costa Rica. So I went down there to “find myself” after completing my 15th Ironman Triathlon in November 2019. I wasn’t sure what the heck I was going to do, but I knew I was done with long-distance triathlons. My body was tired, my mind was ready, and my heart was complete. So I did everything I ever dreamt about in the triathlon space. 
 
When I went down to Costa Rica, I was very drawn to put together retreats. I came up with so many ideas until I came up with this one: 

“A CTRL-ALT-DEL Fitness Retreat”

What is this all about? It is a Control/Alt/Delete on fitness and your life, just for a week in Costa Rica!
 
Let’s be honest; life can hit you hard. Maybe you ended a relationship, perhaps you stopped doing something that you knew for 30 years, or perhaps you need a break from life. 
 
Here’s the thing, you could EASILY go out on your fitness vacation by running, yoga, HIIT workouts on the beach, etc., but what if you had someone who experienced it herself.
 
Four months from today, July 9th – 16th, I will be putting on my first fitness retreat at Bahia del Sol Resort in Potrero, Costa Rica, and I am over the moon!
What does it consist of?

  • Daily HIIT Workout with Coach Jen
  • 1:1 Session with Jen to Plan out a Workout Routine
  • Daily Group Grounding Session
  • Breathwork with Mary Stockton
  • Costa Rica Care Package (TBD)
  • Meals will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
  • Airport Transportation to and from Liberia Airport
  • Room (Shared rooms, couple options, and a family option)
  • Pool and Beach Options
  • Optional Day Trips in Costa Rica
  • Free Time for yourself or each other
