Why: What a great way to explore the country with an Ex-Pat who has been living here while getting some workouts in and seeing the country from the “locals” point of view.
As I shifted from a 15x Ironman Triathlete to an Everyday Healthy Human, I started recognizing that I was building my new career. While visiting Costa Rica with friends and during a tough time in my life, I was healing and figuring out who I would be after my 30-year career in the triathlon space as an age group and a coach. (Still coaching, BTW).
After working for a couple of travel companies living here my first year, I learned much about the country. Not only did I write about the country, but I also live in the country and have made incredible connections to living the authentic life here.
I consider myself a “boutique traveling fitness guide” exploring Costa Rica with you, finding all the fun places, and connecting from a local perspective. I aim to bring people to Costa Rica and see it through my eyes as an Ex-Pat living here.
Not only do I want to provide you with the best experience you can imagine, but I want to provide opportunities for the fantastic Costa Ricans to share their love of their country and their businesses.
