Do you notice a pattern? Every single one starts with âI canât.â
When you start a sentence with “I can’t,” youâre already deciding to fail before you even try.

What if, instead of saying âI canât,â you started asking, âHow can I?â
- If you dream of moving to another country, start researching or connecting with people who have done it.
- If you want to complete an Ironman Triathlon, talk to a coach or friends who have tackled that challenge.
- If you want to earn more, look for tools or mentors to help you gain the skills you need.
Every big dream begins with one small step. But youâll never take that step if you let your doubts run the show.
