In this accountability coaching session, I will ask you questions before we get on the call and then figure out what you want to accomplish with this hour-long zoom call. For example, if you're going to lose weight, I will have you fill out a three-day journal. If you want to run a race, what race? I will get all of your information, compile it together, and give you my feedback on what YOU can do differently.

  • Your three-day food journal written out for me to review.
  • A one hour Zoom session with me.
  • Suggestions given for your journey.
  • Follow up in two weeks.
