Happy June, and I am seriously over the moon.

Today, I did it.

I launched my YouTube Channel, which I already had, but I cleaned it up, and now I have specific videos on Monday AND Friday (for now).

Monday is Monarch 🦋 Motivation, a 5 – 10 minute thought I have had over the last few months. Whether it was me sitting on the beach in Costa Rica, walking in San Antonio, or focusing on my meditation practice.

Friday is Fitness Friday, a 10-minute workout with a Kettlebell that you can do ANYWHERE in the World, such as a beach, living room, garage, etc.
