My turning point came after my 15th Ironman.

 

I had spent years chasing finish lines; training hard, pushing through, proving to myself that I could do the impossible.

 

But one day, I realized…

I didn’t want to chase anymore.

I wasn’t inspired by more miles.
More medals.

More “what’s next?”

 

I was craving something deeper. That decision cracked everything open.

 

Around that same time, I stopped drinking.
My marriage began to unravel.

 

The life I had built around endurance and achievement no longer fit the woman I was becoming.

 

For the first time, strength wasn’t about grit.

It was about honesty.

About coming home.

 

About asking:

Who am I when I stop proving?

 

That question is what led me here: to midlife strength coach, to coaching women through change, and to building a life rooted in movement, meaning, and renewal.

 

Because midlife isn’t the end of the road…

It’s where the real return begins.
