A. Midlife Transformation Coaching is specifically designed for women who are navigating powerful life transitions — such as menopause, empty nest, divorce, career shifts, or simply feeling disconnected from who they used to be.

and is ready to reclaim her strength, confidence, energy, and purpose through a holistic approach to well-being.

Q. What is the time commitment for 1:1 coaching?

Every program is tailored to your unique goals, but most women begin with a minimum commitment of three to six months.

This gives us the space to build sustainable habits, create measurable physical change, and make deep mindset shifts that last well beyond the coaching container.

We meet regularly for coaching calls, and you’ll have ongoing support and accountability between sessions.

 

 
 
Q. How is this different from a personal trainer or a therapist?

A. Great question.

A personal trainer typically focuses on workouts.
A therapist focuses primarily on mental health and healing the past.

Midlife Transformation Coaching is different because it integrates your whole life.

Q. I’m going through menopause. Will this program help with symptoms?

A. Yes — supporting women through perimenopause and menopause is a core part of this work.

We address the hormonal and metabolic shifts happening in midlife and create a personalized plan that includes:

Lifestyle strategies for better sleep, energy, and body confidence

I work with ladies prior to the midlife “changed”. They are wanting to stay ahead of the game! While many of the women I coach are navigating perimenopause or menopause, Midlife Transformation Coaching is for any woman in midlife who feels ready for change — physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
