In this guide is a 15 week Strength Training Program not only for triathletes but endurance athletes, runners, cyclist and even every day humans! The goal is to get you in the gym, under a bar and start learning how it feels to feel good again.

I have seen so many athletes do WAY to many reps on leg day and then they are not able to walk or run for the next couple of days. My goal for you is to have a little bit of soreness in the beginning but not so sore you can’t sit on the toilet. And you know what I am talking about! These workouts are broken down 5 weeks at a time with 3 strength sessions a week.
