Triathlon Coaching with Coach Jen

Cross The Finish Line with a Smile!

My coaching approach in triathlons and endurance sports emphasizes achieving a goal and enjoying getting there. I want to help my athletes achieve their goals in a positive, fulfilling, and enjoyable way.

I aim for my athletes to complete their races with satisfaction, joy, and accomplishment. As your coach, I want to help you improve your technique, pacing, or race strategy to feel confident and in control during the race. I want to provide support and encouragement during training to help them stay motivated, overcome setbacks, and enjoy the journey.

My tagline is my coaching philosophy which values the outcome, process, and experience of training and racing in triathlon.
